Honours at KTI's gala event
The KTI Institute for Transport Sciences Non-profit Ltd. held its yearly traditional gala event on 14th April 2011, when awards were granted to several colleagues of KTI for their outstanding accomplishment.
In 2011 the „Researcher of the Year" is awarded to Mr. Zsolt BENCZE, who has been working at KTI's Road and Bridge Division since 2005.

Mr. István KÖVESDI, researcher (Transport Policy and Economics Division)
Mr. Ferenc KRUCHIÓ, electrician
Mr. Csaba LACSNYI, rail transport expert (Regional Transport Organising Offices - Western Transdanubia)
Mr. Krisztián UHLIK, researcher (Automotive Engineering Environmental and Energy Division)
This year's „Life Member of the Institute of Transport Sciences" honorific title was conferred on the ex-managing director of KTI: Dr. László RUPPERT.
