GIS expert and economist. During his PhD studies, he developed Machine Learning solutions and data processing algorithms for the classification of high-resolution aerial photographs. He worked for the European Commission and various consulting companies in Brussels, where he prepared comprehensive studies on ITS, GNSS, GIS and remote sensing applications as well as cost-benefit analyses, market research, feasibility and impact assessments. His main area of ​​interest are innovative GIS solutions and database programming.
