Ola Qasseer

She holds an Architectural Engineering diploma from the faculty of Architectural Engineering at Tishreen University, Syria, where she also received her Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Environment. She was awarded her PhD degree in 2025 by the Doctoral School of Earth Sciences, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest. In her dissertation, she studied the effects of transport networks on urban structure and the centralization process of Budapest and Vienna. Her main research fields are urban spatial strusctures , urban geography, transport geography, urban sociology, and city logistics.
