Ola Qasseer

She holds an architectural engineering diploma from the faculty of Architectural Engineering at Tishreen University, Syria where she also recievied her Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Environment. She started her PhD at the Doctroal School of Earth Sciences, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest in 2019. In her dissertation, she is studying the effect of transportation networks on the urban structure and the centralisation process in Budapest and Vienna. Her main fields of interests are: urban planning, urban geography, transport geography, urban sociology, and city logistics.
